Five Factor Probability Tool

The Five Factor Probability Tool is designed to provide a probability level of prenatal exposure to alcohol.  Every factor is research or experiencial based.  The factors are the risk factors of drinking by the mother, the research-based academic and social behaviors exhibited by brain damage, the diagnosis that are found, by research, to be exhibitions of brain damage by the adolescent, and the physical characteristics of Prenatal Exposure to Alchohol.  This tool is not to be used as a diagnostic tool, but rather as a method of determining the probability of prenatal exposure to alcohol.  An actual diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder must come from a psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor

Unfortunately, there are few of the above professionals who will diagnose FASD, and the self-reporting of the mother is highly unreliable. This tool allows the professional to look at the exhibitions of brain damage and, without a diagnosis, have a greater understanding of the exhibited behaviors. The Five Factor Probability Tool developed by Jody Allen Crowe.  Macros must be enabled for the tool to provide a probability level. 5 Factor Probability Tool
